1. About these terms

These draft terms describe use of the PLO Ninja website, Free study tools and paid Pro subscription. The final terms will identify the legal business supplying the service and its verified support contact before paid public launch.

Read the product description and checkout information before subscribing. Those details specify the plan, price, currency, billing interval and any applicable tax.

2. Study use and eligibility

PLO Ninja is intended for adult poker study. You must be at least 18, or older where required by applicable law, and use the service lawfully.

It is not a poker room, betting service or real-time solver. You are responsible for checking and following the rules of any poker site or venue. Do not use the tool during play where assistance of this kind is prohibited.

Poker involves financial risk. Strategy information cannot guarantee profit or prevent losses.

3. Free and Pro access

The current Free edition offers 60 BB, 6-max, 4-card PLO cash study across 20 supported RFI and Facing Raise situations, without a paid subscription.

The current Pro edition includes supported 60 BB, 100 BB and 150 BB preflop coverage, Solver Mix frequencies and an RNG action selector. Coverage is limited to the formats, assumptions and situations supported by the app. It does not cover every possible game or action sequence.

Pro is a browser-based digital service. The product-box image is illustrative; no physical item is shipped. Internet access and a compatible browser are required.

4. Accounts and permitted use

Keep account details accurate, use a unique password and protect your login. Access is for the individual account holder’s personal study; do not share or resell account access.

Do not bulk-download, scrape, redistribute or commercially republish strategy data or software, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. PLO Ninja and its licensors retain their respective rights in the software and content.

If access must be restricted because of suspected misuse, we will consider the circumstances and provide notice or a way to resolve the issue where reasonably practicable. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Prices and automatic renewal

The early bird offer currently displayed is US$14.95 per month or US$149.50 per year, subject to the price and any applicable taxes shown at checkout. The annual plan is billed annually, not in monthly instalments. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees.

A recurring subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Review the amount, currency, renewal interval and payment authorisation shown at checkout before placing an order.

6. Keeping your early bird rate

An early bird subscriber keeps the agreed early bird subscription rate for as long as that subscription remains continuously active. Later increases to the standard price for new subscribers do not increase that early bird rate.

If your subscription ends and you later rejoin, the price then available applies. Plan changes and switching billing intervals must be reviewed before confirmation; do not assume a different plan inherits the same offer.

Payment-failure handling and any grace period must be confirmed before launch, so customers know when an interruption affects eligibility. No grace-period promise is made in this draft.

7. Cancellation and access

You can manage your subscription through My Account. Cancelling renewal normally stops the next scheduled charge and keeps access available until the end of the paid billing period. The account screen shows the effective cancellation or access-end date.

Deleting a browser bookmark or simply stopping use does not cancel a recurring subscription. If you cannot access cancellation controls, contact support using the verified details to be added before launch.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

If the service is faulty, not supplied as described, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, contact us so the issue can be assessed and an appropriate remedy provided. Depending on the circumstances, this may include fixing the service, a refund or another remedy required by law.

Any additional voluntary change-of-mind refund policy must be confirmed before launch. This draft does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.

9. Strategy assumptions and availability

Results use supported precomputed strategy data and the app’s configured assumptions. They are not a fresh solve for every hand. Rake, stack depth, table format and action sizing can affect the appropriate strategy. Check the selected scenario and coverage before relying on a result.

Errors, maintenance and interruptions can occur. We will investigate reported issues and make reasonable efforts to maintain the service. No promise of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy or a particular poker outcome is made, and your non-excludable legal rights remain intact.

10. Updates and the roadmap

Updates released as part of PLO Ninja Pro are included while your subscription remains active. Planned expansion may include more stack depths, heads-up and other table formats, tournament preflop, ante and straddle games, additional rake settings and study-tool improvements.

These are development priorities under consideration, not guaranteed release dates or a promise to supply every format or combination. Early members’ suggestions will help guide priorities alongside data availability, validation and development effort. Subscribe based on the coverage available today.

11. Changes and resolving concerns

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in advance where appropriate; changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or the agreed early bird rate for a continuously active subscription.

Please raise account, billing or service concerns with support first so we can investigate. The final terms must include the verified business identity and contact details. No dispute clause here limits rights or complaint channels available under applicable law.

12. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how account, order and technical information is handled. Both policies are review drafts and must be finalised before public launch.
